Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 24 hours without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be 24 hours from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.  Please let us know your request with a message, name and order number (if available) to:

The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a rescission relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded.

You are responsible for the burden of proof and the costs of returning the goods. We will refund the purchase price immediately after receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct costs for possible damage or excessive wear from the purchase price to be refunded.

 

General information:

• If an item has been delivered defective, send us a message with the order number and a photo of the damage.
• We reserve the right to return goods that we believe have been used or are not in their original condition to the buyer and to charge a partial or full amount for the goods. If the buyer exercises his right to return the goods, we must be contacted beforehand.
