We only deliver if both the delivery address and the billing address are within Switzerland. Delivery is made from our warehouse to the delivery address you have specified. Delivery to PO box addresses, post offices and packing stations is excluded.

Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 days. Please note the delivery times for each product stated in the shop. Our products are usually in stock and therefore ready for dispatch within 2 working days. Items that are not currently in stock have a delivery time of up to 5 days. The corresponding delivery time is explicitly stated for these items.

Public holidays and holidays within Switzerland also affect the delivery time of your order and lead to a postponement of delivery by two working days following the holiday.
